घर पर प्राकृतिक हेयर डाई तैयार करें: यहां इस वीडियो में VHCA HAIR CLINIC DIRECTOR, अनुराधा अग्रवाल बताती हैं कि घर पर बालों को सफ़ेद करने के लिए प्राकृतिक डाई कैसे तैयार करें। वह कहती हैं कि इसमें कोई संदेह नहीं है कि बाज़ार में कई डाई उपलब्ध हैं, जो बालों को सही काला रंग देती हैं। लेकिन ये रासायनिक उत्पाद न केवल बालों को बल्कि स्कैल्प को भी नुकसान पहुँचाते हैं। कभी-कभी वे कई त्वचा और आँखों की समस्याओं का कारण बन जाते हैं। यह हमेशा होता है। रासायनिक रंगों के स्थान पर प्राकृतिक डाई का उपयोग करना बेहतर होता है। इसे केवल दो उत्पादों, हर्बल मेंहदी और आंवला पाउडर का उपयोग करके आसानी से घर पर बनाया जा सकता है। लोहे के कटोरे में 5 चम्मच के लिए पानी में 2-3 चम्मच आंवला (पुन: पेस्ट बनाने के लिए) उबालें। अब इस आंवले के पानी को एक और कटोरे में निकाल लें। एक ही लोहे के कटोरे में पर्याप्त मात्रा में हीना (बालों की लंबाई के अनुसार) लें। और एक पेस्ट बनाने के लिए इसमें आंवला पानी मिलाएं। उस पेस्ट को रात भर के लिए छोड़ दें। अब इस पेस्ट (प्राकृतिक डाई) को बालों पर लगाएं और 2 घंटे के लिए सूखने दें। 2 घंटे के बाद बालों को बिना किसी शैम्पू के इस्तेमाल के धो लें। अगले दिन शैम्पू करें। 15 से 20 दिनों के बाद इस प्राकृतिक डाई का उपयोग करें। धीरे-धीरे हमें बालों का प्राकृतिक रंग मिल जाएगा। Prepare natural hair dye at home: Here in this video VHCA HAIR CLINIC DIRECTOR, Anuradha Aggarwal tells how to prepare natural dye for graying hair at home.
