In today'sTopic, we will discuss about a paste or application that have to wrap in your hair i.e. "Bhringraj". How to make the paste? 1. Take 2 spoons of Bhringraj Powder. 2. Add 2 spoons of Amla Powder, 1 spoon of guava powder, neem powder, and meethi powder respectively and half spoon piple powder. 3. Make a paste of all the powder with adding 1 small bowl of curd and 1 lemon's juice. 4. Apply this paste on your scalp as well as hair. 5. Leave it for 2 hours and wash your hair. You have to repeat this process for 15 days or use this paste for 15 days. You will see a great change on your hair. It makes your hair strong and stops hair to turn grey. If you use this paste for around 3 months, then hair doesn't turn into grey. This paste stimulates the melanocytes and helps in making the pigment which is responsible for black hair. Bhringraj is used in many forms like oil, paste, and powder etc. Bhringraj is known as the best hair oil for premature greying or best ayurvedic hair oil for grey hair. So you can use Bhringraj in any form. But the best form is the paste. Greying of hair will stop after the regular use of this paste. I hope you will like this video.
